Our worldwide service network guarantees that you find expert support everywhere, fast and reliably: Because all of our service partners are certified specialist companies that have been trained by WIESHEU.

Professional advice that you can rely on: In our service centre in Affalterbach, qualified “field-tested” technicians support you. And if quick help is sought? Our hotline is there fore you, 365 days per year, even on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Experienced service partners install the WIESHEU ovens in your spaces and take over the installation. Our field service employees are also happy to instruct you in the operation of the oven.

Our service department is available from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and on Sundays and holidays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
