IBC – Intelligent Baking Control
With Intelligent Baking Control (IBC), WIESHEU offers an innovative solution for consistently perfect baking results – completely independent of the loading quantity or the condition of the raw materials. IBC automatically detects the current loading quantity as well as the thermal condition of the baked goods introduced and adjusts the baking parameters of the running program in real-time.
IBC is available for the convection ovens Dibas blue2 and E3 and ensures the highest quality, maximum energy efficiency, and a noticeable relief in everyday work.
