Better together: Joint support for WACHTEL Remote and WIESHEU Wnet

The merger of WACHTEL and WIESHEU under one strong umbrella brings not only product development and technology closer together.

We are now pooling our expertise in the area of service and after-sales: since July 1, 2025, responsibility for technical support for the WACHTEL-Remote and WIESHEU-Wnet digital solutions has been centralized within the Wnet team.
 

Focus on networked solutions – bundled expertise for the best support
The demands placed on modern, networked baking technology are increasing – as are our customers' expectations. In recent months, we have therefore not only increased our staff, but also specifically expanded our expertise in the areas of digitalization, remote maintenance, and networked oven operation. The aim is to leverage synergies between the two brands and provide competent, fast, and comprehensive support for all digital solutions in the field of in-store baking and production.

What does this mean in concrete terms?
