Say hi to „hi, bread” mini
Fewer staff in the branches: "hi, bread" mini is WIESHEU's answer. In cooperation with WINNOVATION, WIESHEU's automated baking station uses a transport trolley that not only takes care of loading and unloading the bakery products, but also transports the prepared unbaked products to the oven and removes the finished baked goods from the oven.
The touch screen display at the preparation table guides the operator step by step through the process according to the digital baking plan. In addition, an optical product recognition system is offered to prevent operator errors.
The modular design allows the space requirements to be met and maximum automation to be achieved even where space is limited. Gradual expansions and adaptations are possible at any time. For larger areas, "hi, bread" offers an immense range of additional technologies:
integration of freezer storage, automated corner solutions, camera systems for bakery product recognition, misplacement detection and quantity counting, as well as optimal capacity planning.
The "hi, bread" mini reduces the workload of employees during the baking process, saves energy, costs and time and improves the quality of the product and the process.
WIESHEU and WINNOVATION combine PoS baking expertise with automation and robotics knowledge and experience. Together they focus on issues such as staff shortages, lack of skilled labour, time management and consistently high product quality.
