Three companies, one stand area with a demonstration and communication area: Atollspeed, WACHTEL and WIESHEU will be sharing a stand area for the first time at südback in Hall 8, Stand C21. WIESHEU, the market leader in baking at the PoS in Europe, will be showing the hi, bread mini baking station, the new Dibas smart convection oven and the Atollspeed Easy hybrid oven in a new look.
Fewer employees in the shops: hi, bread mini is WIESHEU's answer. In the automated baking station from WIESHEU and its sister company WINNOVATION, a transport trolley not only loads the oven, but also transports the prepared unbaked products to and from the oven.
The touch display on the preparation table guides the operator step by step through the process of the digital baking plan. In addition, optical product recognition is offered to avoid operating errors. hi, bread mini relieves employees during the baking process, saves energy, costs and time and improves product and process quality.
The new convection oven Dibas smart combines the advantages of Dibas technology with the economic benefits of a conventional swing door. The new Dibas smart is equipped with the corrosion-resistant and dirt-repellent hygienic baking chamber. This enables optimum and even baking results. The equipment includes proven Dibas features such as automatic baking chamber cleaning with a tank or cartridge system. Up to three ovens can be controlled using the touch display controls. The Dibas smart can also be used with a loading system for fast loading and unloading.
The Atollspeed Easy will have a new look in future. The entry-level model with 230-volt connection and 7-inch touch display will be available in elegant black instead of bright stainless steel. The feet will also be made of stainless steel instead of plastic.
