With TrayMotion we present the further development of the manual loading system. The operator only has to start the required baking programme and place the loaded carriage in front of the oven – all of the subsequent steps until the bakery products are ready for display are performed by TrayMotion. In the shop this means less work product quality is ensured, as the bakery products are always removed from the oven automatically as soon as the baking time comes to an end.

TrayMotion will go into series production from the end of the year for the baking stations Dibas 64 blue M/M and Dibas 64 blue S/L.
