From mid-2024: The WIESHEU Euromat line lives on!
The new convection oven offers the same capacity as its predecessor, the Euromat 64, with 5 baking trays in the S oven and 10 baking trays in the L oven. Thanks to the longitudinal insertion, the shorter door, the LED lighting and the three-slice technology, it more than meets today's energy requirements. The simple cleaning system, the networkable touch control, and the option to equip it with a loading system provide you with all the basic functions for baking at your PoS - without any baking technology know-how at all.
From mid-2024, the convection oven will be available in various combinations.

That is why we are not only launching the convection oven in 2024, but are also offering it together with deck oven technology with standing heat - ideal for pretzels, breads, tarte flambée or pizza. The 7 fan speeds in the convection oven provide a breath of fresh air, while the top and bottom heat in the deck oven ensure the perfect crust. Supplemented by an exhaust hood and underframe or proofing cabinet, a combination of different baking technologies is the solution for anyone with artisanal baked goods, moderate volume requirements and limited space. From mid-2024, the combination baking station with convection and deck oven will be available, either with one control panel per oven or one control panel for all ovens in the baking station.
