The new Dibas smart convection oven combines the advantages of Dibas technology with the economic benefits of a conventional door. The new Dibas smart is equipped with the corrosion-resistant and dirt-repellent hygienic baking chamber. And also with proven Dibas features - including the automatic baking chamber cleaning ProClean, which operates with rinsing & cleaning or with our liquid cleaning system LiquidClean with tank solution.

Complemented by a steam reducer and a underframe or a prover, this combination is the ideal solution for anyone wanting to offer artisanal baked goods in moderate quantities in a limited space. The combi baking station will be available with both convection and deck ovens - with a central control panel for all ovens in the baking station.
