Minimat

The oven that hardly needs any space.

The smallest in-store baking oven is characterised by needing a minimal amount of space to provide maximum performance. Two control unit variants, integrated steam injection and the door locking option mean that you can use the Minimat in a very flexible way. The optional water tank makes it possible to use it on a mobile basis too.
