ProClean365 – Fully automatic cleaning for maximum process reliability
Even more efficient is the ProClean365: The system is permanently integrated and does not require cartridges or regular refilling. The cleaning agent is only refilled once a year as part of maintenance – no inventory, no handling, no dosing errors.
The cleaning starts automatically or manually and can even be integrated into the baking process. For you, this means: absolute process reliability, no operator interaction, and no contact with cleaners. Additionally, the automatic documentation provides seamless evidence and facilitates compliance with hygiene regulations in commercial use.
Both systems ensure a hygienically clean baking chamber and a clear view of perfect baking results. The rounded baking chamber and the tool-free opening of the inside of the door make maintenance additionally easy and safe.

Intuitive control with Wtouch
The 7-inch color display with multitouch function offers simple and intuitive operation. Thanks to the clear user guidance, no long training is required, and different user groups can flexibly adjust the oven. In addition, the display is resistant to glass cleaners, oils, and fats and can even be operated with thin gloves.

The E3 Door
The short oven door provides increased flexibility, as it not only offers a compact design but can also be individually adapted to different spatial conditions or workflows through the interchangeable door hinge. This allows for easy handling and ensures even more efficient use of the oven.
