Fluffy croissants from the convection oven and crispy rolls with great crust baked directly on stone? We offer two variants for that:
- Dibas blue2 x PICCOLO C
- Dibas smart x smart deck
Due to the weight of the integrated stone plates, the deck oven is always placed under the convection oven – for stability and good ergonomics. An exhaust hood and prover complete the oven unit optionally.
Do you rely on fresh baked goods and hot snacks? This is easily achievable with our compact and mobile Mix & Match station, which combines Minimat, Atollspeed, an exhaust system, and a practical storage compartment, as well as a mobile underframe.
Dibas blue2 x PICCOLO C
The best in their class – and without having to compromise? We combine two innovative baking technologies in a compact unit.
The hot air oven Dibas blue2 with its unique door, which disappears sideways into the housing when opened, provides more safety and space to work. The deck oven PICCOLO C features the patented MULTI ZONE BAKING technology. Four separately controlled heating zones and four temperature sensors balance out the heat buildup. ActiveSteam & PowerSteam create real steam and ensure perfect baking results.
Dibas smart x smart deck
The smart line brings fresh air into your bakery with the Dibas smart, while the top and bottom heat in the smart deck ensures a perfect crust.
The classic swing door in the Dibas smart and a central touch control for the entire unit allow you to make a "smart" entry into the world of baking combinations.
Thanks to various configuration options, the system adapts to your requirements: One or two decks for different production volumes – optionally with underframe or combined with a prover for optimal dough management.
Particularly convenient is the multi-device control: A single touch control operates both the Dibas smart and the smart deck(s). This means: comfortable operating height, a clear display, and an intuitive interface for easy and efficient work – even with complex baking processes.
Mix & Match
Maximum flexibility and independence! Fresh baked goods from the Minimat form the perfect foundation for your sales point and at the same time the basis for your snack business: The interplay of microwave technology and impact heat in the Atollspeed leads to the perfect snack: hot inside, crispy outside – within seconds.
Thanks to the four lockable wheels, both devices impress with easy access and servicing. With the practical shelf, the Mix & Match combination leaves nothing to be desired when you want to offer baked goods and snacks in the smallest space.
The Minimat offers additional options for maximum customization: Door hinge right or left, operation with fixed water or mobile water tank, integrated door locking, and two control variants for different requirements. This creates a compact, flexible solution that is perfect for gas stations, bistros, convenience stores, or small bakeries.
