Dibas smart

The Dibas smart is the clever solution for your POS: The WIESHEU hygienic baking chamber, which offers no surface for corrosion or dirt to attack and leads to an optimal and even baking result, forms the heart of the Dibas technology, which is also applied in the Dibas smart. 

With the longitudinal insertion, the short swing door, the LED lighting, the easy cleaning system, the networkable touch control, and the optional loading system, process-efficient baking in your branches becomes child's play. The new member of the Dibas product family is resource-saving, space-saving, safe, and easy to operate: simply smart.

Automatic cleaning

The automatic cleaning system is already integrated in the Dibas smart as standard equipment. 

Choose between:

  • ProClean cleaning system with pre-dosed cleaning cartridges and duo function: rinsing and cleaning in one or
  • Liquid cleaning system LiquidClean with integrated storage tank, which can be easily refilled. The tank holds 5.5 l, which corresponds to 27 complete cleanings.

The unique, rounded baking chamber not only ensures perfect flow conditions but also guarantees hygienic cleanliness. The inside of the door can be opened without tools, providing a crystal-clear view of an optimal baking result.

The 7-inch color display with multitouch function allows for easy and intuitive operation of up to three devices within a baking station. The automatic programs, which can be individually adapted to your baked goods, and the clear user guidance offer both flexibility and clarity in the often hectic workday. 

Various combination options

The Dibas smart can be combined with the smart deck oven. The baking combination unites hot air and deck baking for maximum flexibility.

Fast loading & unloading with loading system

The loading and unloading of a baking station using a loading system is particularly advantageous for baking stations with a capacity of more than 10 baking trays. The use of a loading system saves time, improves ergonomics, significantly reduces the risk of burns, and simplifies the transport of baked goods.
