Minimat

The Minimat delivers maximum baking performance in minimal space – perfect for gas stations, bistros, and bakeries. With three sizes, two tray dimensions, and an optional water tank, it is flexible to use, even without a fixed water connection. The powerful insulation, double glazing, and integrated steaming ensure optimal baking results with minimal radiated heat.

Thanks to its compact design, the Minimat fits anywhere space is tight – and remains robust and reliable. It is easy to move, simple to operate, and easy to maintain. Whether snacks, rolls, or pastries: The Minimat is the small all-rounder for professional baking results and flexible applications – from kiosks to hotel bars.

Flexible to use

Modular and versatile: Our Minimat baking units offer capacities for 3-8 baking trays and a baking area of 0.5 to 1.9 m². Whether as a standalone unit, convection baking unit, or combined with an Atollspeed hybrid oven for the “Mix & Max station” – our solutions are practical and well thought out.

Flexibility in installation: Choose between a mobile tank or fixed water connection as well as 230V (Minimat 43 S) or 400V power connection. The door can be hinged on the right or left side and is optionally equipped with a safety lock. Our devices are available on wheels or feet to meet your on-site requirements.

Flexibility

Thanks to its optional water tank, it can be operated independently of fixed water connections.
Due to its 230 V connection, the Minimat 43 S is also independent of high voltage.
