Fresh bakery products straight from the oven – best baked on stone? The WIESHEU smart deck combines outstanding baking results with a functional design that adapts to your needs, without compromising ease of use.

With precise temperature control and even steam distribution, it delivers impressive baking results every time. The integrated steam reducer ensures guided removal of hot air, eliminating the need for complex on-site exhaust installations.
Each deck features a separately heated steam unit that quickly generates full steam and distributes it evenly throughout the deck, guaranteeing perfectly uniform baking – batch after batch.

Our proofer, with large glass doors for easy monitoring, is available in two sizes. Alternatively, stainless steel base units in various heights provide a practical and durable solution with a long-lasting metal shelf.

The smart deck is efficient, flexible, resource-saving, and easy to operate – for consistently perfect bakery results: simply smart.

IQ-TOUCH® offers smart control and effortless operation with a durable seven-inch touchscreen, 999 automatic programs, and a customizable user interface. Its robust design ensures excellent viewing angles, protection against dust and moisture, multi-level user access, and seamless integration with third-party software for maximum efficiency.

Wnet: The smart device management

Wnet is WIESHEU’s central software solution for Smart Decks and ovens, enabling seamless management across branches and countries while optimising baking processes with transparent usage data and central control. Secure and fully customisable, Wnet allows programme management, firmware rollouts, and service evaluations while keeping data sovereignty and access rights under your control.

Steam extraction hood

The steam extraction hood with vapour trap is especially suitable for bakeries handling greasy products or environments with heavy flour dust. Using the short vapour trap not only minimizes splash and impact risk, but also improves safety, simplifies handling, and ensures reliable control thanks to the high-performance condenser and integrated temperature sensor.
